Our Story
From Ideas to Opportunities
RTJ Group grew from commitment to helping people access meaningful education, practical skills and opportunities for growth. Its work was shaped by the needs, ambitions and potential of the communities it serves. What began as a shared vision has a developed into a growing network of programs spanning STEAM education, workforce communication, professional training and community-based initiatives in the United States and Haiti. Today, RTJ Group continues to build programs that connect ideas with resources, learning with application and possibility with progress.
